We are convinced that God's primary means of relating to and transforming the world is the Christian church. Where there is no church, we are committed to evangelism and church planting. Where a church exists, SIM are committed to strengthen the church through teaching the Bible, developing leaders, and equipping the church to fulfill Christ's Commission.
Our ideal church-mission relationship is a dynamic interdependent partnership that reaches out together to love the unreached world.
You can partner with SIM and work at the forefront of planting seeds of faith alongside the indigenous church where it exists. They stand alongside and encourage the local church. Disciples are made and nurtured within these church environments. Leaders and pastors are trained, including theological education which is so necessary for developing churches.
