Medical Staff Needed Urgently

 Medical staff are urgently needed for Mukinge Hospital, Zambia.  A doctor to oversee & provide inpatient & outpatient surgical services & participate in general ward coverage & on-call schedules.  A surgeon is needed to allow Dr David Friend take annual leave Nov-Dec 2011.  More information here.

The 60-year-old teaching hospital in Egbe, Nigeria, is undergoing a massive revitalization to uplift its deteriorating facilities. Volunteer individuals or teams are also being recruited in a partnership with Samaritan’s Purse, which you can read about here.

The following Personnel Requests for Egbe Hospital are also open for recruitment:

Nurses, medical personnel generally (including physician, surgeon, teacher of nurses, HIV/AIDS counselor, and HIV/AIDS home-care nurse), nurse anesthetist, opthalmologist and a perioperative nurse.
